Neben einem Erstgespräch erwartet Dich auch ein online-basiertes Assessment. Dieses soll den Eindruck aus dem persönlichen Gespräch vertiefen und später auch zur Personalentwicklung genutzt werden. Die Auswertung erhältst Du selbstverständlich ebenso wie eine Besprechung des Ergebnisses. Wenn an dieser Stelle beide Seiten immer noch ein starkes Interesse an einer Zusammenarbeit haben, folgt ein zweites Gespräch bei dem Du einige Deiner zukünftigen Kollegen und Vorgesetzten kennenlernen und gerne auch ein persönliches Gespräch führen kannst.
