Off to the ideas lab

Depending on your needs, we will prepare a one-day workshop or a design sprint (5 days) and invite you and your team to our creative hub. 10 to 12 participants will work together on unconventional solutions. Dress code: jeans and T-shirt.

It's a win!

We keep working until we find a solution that's right for you. Finally, we build an initial prototype to give shape to your solution and also to celebrate a little.

Unser nextmove Teamday verbindet produktiven Austausch mit echter gemeinsamer Zeit. Am Vormittag arbeiten wir mit Ihrem Team in einem fokussierten Workshop an einem Thema Ihrer Wahl. Den Nachmittag gestalten Sie selbst – ob Outdoor-Aktion, kreatives Erlebnis oder ein gemeinsames Abendessen. Ein Tag, der strategisch etwas bewegt und gleichzeitig das Miteinander stärkt. Kommen Sie mit Ihrer Idee oder Ihrem Anlass auf uns zu – wir gestalten den nextmove Teamday gemeinsam nach Ihren Bedürfnissen.

| Our Coach - Dr. Sonja Förster

Sonja arbeitet als Coach im Bereich Innovation und ist Expertin für Teamdynamiken im Design Thinking. In ihrer Promotion beschäftigte sie sich mit Innovationsprozessen und effektiver Zusammenarbeit in Teams – ein Thema, das heute die Grundlage ihrer Coaching-Arbeit bildet.

Sie begleitet Teams und Führungskräfte dabei, kreatives Potenzial zu entfalten, Kommunikation zu verbessern und in komplexen Veränderungsprozessen handlungsfähig zu bleiben. Ihr Coaching-Stil verbindet wissenschaftliche Fundierung mit praxisnahen Methoden aus dem Innovationsmanagement (Blue Ocean Strategy, Jobs-to-be done).

Sonja has led innovation projects with Siemens and taught design thinking at ETH Zurich and TU Munich. Her interdisciplinary experience shapes her view of people, organizations, and change. Get in touch.

| Collaboration with universities

We work closely with universities to give students practical insights into creative innovation processes. In our design thinking courses and short workshops, students experience how ideas are developed in a real creative studio—far removed from the traditional seminar room.

Whether as part of a project, a practical module, or an inspiring workshop day, students come to our ideas lab to learn methodological thinking, agile collaboration, and real business challenges. We combine the theoretical foundations from the university with the vibrant reality of the creative industry.

Our workshops promote interdisciplinary work, empathy for users, and the ability to develop innovative solutions quickly and in a practical manner.

| Features

Our ideas lab offers space for two teams, each with a group table for up to 6 participants. Equipped with large whiteboards and a Samsung Flip Touch, the room supports creative work and productive workshops. An adjoining foyer serves as a presentation area or for informal exchanges. A coffee and tea corner is available for short breaks.
